Join us in for a week in fantastic Puglia. We are staying in the old olive farmhouse Masseria Schiuma, newly restored by Pernille & Lars Lembcke, also the founder of Sort of Coal. Very authentic and beautiful only 700 meters from the Adriatic Sea.
The yoga
Every day we do yoga in the morning and in the afternoon, eat healthy organic and local food - there will be plenty time of to relax around the pool or visit some of the charming villages in South of Italy. The yoga varies from hatha, vinyasa to yin, and everybody can join.
The Masseria
Masseria Schiuma has 6 rooms with own bath & toilet, some as big as 60 m2 with space for 3 people and really nice high comfort beds. We will also have two big tents on the ground furnished as bedrooms for 2 to 3 people. The pool is 25 meters long, with a salt water cleaning system and the rest runs on solar power and has it's own eco herb and vegetable garden. The yoga platform is located in the beautiful Citrus garden yard, that also host a 20 meter tall Palm Tree. Yoga mats and props ia all available from the best suppliers.
The price
1 week spoiled by yoga & eco food in shared room 9.500 DKK. In one of the big tents 8.000 DKK.
