Again this year you can find us in-front of the big beautiful Egeskov castle at The Heartland Festival, where we will be teaching donation yoga 3 times a day Friday 1st & Saturday 2nd.

I’ll guide you through 1 hour of flow yoga to strengthen and softning the body / both days @ 2-3 pm
